COACHING PLUS
For those who would benefit from more practical hands on support, I also offer COACHING PLUS - a package of 4 - 6 sessions designed to help you put positive change into action.
These sessions combine a reflective coaching conversation with practical support to help you move forward in your recovery & build confidence in everday life. Together, we will focus on meaningful, achievable steps chosen by you that support your wellbeing and recovery.
Practical support may include:
Building confidence daily situations
Developing life skills & routines
Exploring hobbies or meaningful activities
Learning relaxation & coping strategies
Benefit applications & advocacy
Sessions can take place on line, at home, or in the local community (Guildford area, Purbeck), depending on what is most appropriate for the goal.
Coaching Plus is particularly helpful if you are living with severe mental illness or neurodivergence.
My coaching abides to the principles of the International Coaching Federation. Any advice given will be aligned with national, statutory guidance. I am also DBS checked.
